John Yohan Cho (* 16. Juni 1972 in Seoul, Südkorea) ist ein US-amerikanischer Schauspieler südkoreanischer Herkunft. Bekannt ist er für seine Rollen in American Pie (1999, 2001, 2003) und Harold & Kumar. Darüber hinaus ist er die Neubesetzung des Mr. Sulu in Star Trek und spielt eine der Hauptrollen in der Fernsehserie FlashForward.
